Sunday, Mar. 30, 2008 - 7:36 p.m. Nay India, Nay As my mother said "Its an Obamanation!" If this presidential campaign ever comes to a close it will be none too soon. Tired, tired, bored and tired of the same empty rhetoric, knife throwing and "I'm The One!"-ing. When are politicians going to lighten up and talk to we voters like we have a brain between us? The other day I said something that makes perfect sense on so many levels: No elected political official should be experiencing better living conditions than their poorest constituent. That would give impetus to change! Oh, and that India trip thing? Didn't work out after all, not for me anyway. Doc got to go and he brought back some seriously amazing photos. I got a new job that I would have had to pass up had I gone(and I was not about to do that when there was a chance of getting away from Scragula!). August 26th was my last day with Boss Lady. As I drove home I dialed her on my cell phone, when she answered I told her I would not be in the next day - nor ever again. What a blessed relief!! I have an exciting, challenging, better paying and career-building job now along with a boss with a brain and vision. Life is pretty good at this stage...     <-- previous <-- ==> next ==>
